I'm Souradeep Debnath, a UX & Product Designer. I turn complex, multi-step workflows into simple interfaces across SaaS tools, fintech, and consumer apps. Every project here is a full case study: the problem, the research, the decisions, and why I made them.

DISCOVERY
Cognitive Architecture & Discovery
Deconstructing ambiguous business parameters down into foundational problem spaces using Mind Mapping and quantitative competitive landscape analysis. I use ChatGPT and Claude here to map out abstract data constraints and isolate user behavioral friction loops before establishing product direction.

MAPPING
Behavioral Flow Diagramming
Structuring the foundational logic trees. I build comprehensive user flows and systemic architectural diagrams to chart out exactly how data behaves and travels across cross-functional platforms. This map ensures interaction patterns optimize human memory capacity and cut out structural dead-ends early.

ITERATION
AI-Accelerated Screen Iterations
Diverging wide across interface structures. I augment human design workflows by leveraging next-generation layout accelerators like Google Switch for immediate raw component layouts and Figma Make to stress-test high-velocity screen patterns. This optimization lets me evaluate dozen layout compositions in hours, focusing my attention on user experience logic rather than drawing repetitive boxes.

SYSTEMS
Design System Building & Token Organization
Constructing industrial-grade, production-ready interfaces. I anchor visual layouts into robust design systems by creating modular atomic components, structural variants, and auto-layout rules in Figma. Everything is organized using systematic Design Tokens (Global, Alias, and Component levels) for typography, spacing hierarchies, and color schemes, making handoffs to development engineering environments clean and seamless.

Validation, Motion, & Engineering Handoff
Polishing interactive execution layers. I inject exact micro-interactions and transition architectures using After Effects and high-fidelity prototypes to establish clarity. Finally, I run validation loops, treat mistakes or behavioral friction as valuable performance insights, and deploy components alongside clear rationale documents to engineering blocks.
